Ellis County COAD

The Ellis County COAD (Community Organizations Active in Disaster) unites community organizations, government agencies and businesses to enhance disaster preparedness as well as promote efficient and effective responsiveness to people affected by disaster in Ellis County. This is acquired through cooperation, coordination, communication and collaboration.
